Fitting example for a 2006 Bmw 320d E90




First, remove the oil filler cap and the cover from the engine




Spider plug 1 fits here





After following the complete instructions, start the engine and let it idle for 60 seconds to program and calibrate

We asked the customer to leave some feedback, this is what he said:
Having had many diesel cars chipped in the past, this was just a matter of course for me. I have had cars chipped by other well known Companies but the Spider system was something I was determined to try. First impression with the unit itself was very good, the quality seemed a lot better than my previous "-----" system which was just a cheap black plastic box. Installation took them just 5-6 minutes and seemed to be very straight forward. I started the car and left it to tick over for the 60 seconds, it was definately doing something as the engine speed would rise slightly and then fall, then it seemed to settle and sounded a little quieter as well. Pulling out of the car park all seemed as normal, until I put my foot down! Acceleration was unbelievable, and speed pick up was so much smoother. Could not help but to grin. It really did feel like a different car and so much more fun to drive. All in all I am very very happy with my Spider system and would recommend it to any diesel driver.

Fitting example for a 2006 Golf 1.9 TDi

The Spider system has transformed my Golf. It now has that extra power I wanted with more torque than I thought I would get, or expected. Even the flat spot before the turbo comes in has pretty much gone and when the turbo does kick in its like a rocket. A lot more responsive and seems to have more power higher up the rev range as it will now rev a lot higher than standard. Does everything it claims and I'm well happy! 10/10 for Diesel tuner!

Fitting example for a 2006 Saab 9-3 1.9 TiD 150ps


First, make sure the engine is at operating temperature


Remove the engine cover by pulling upwards


Fitting location on the 1.9 TiD is on the top right of the engine


Remove this connector and fit the Spider™ perfomance harness


The Spider™ uses original equipment connectors


Once fitted, replace the engine cover


Start the car and let it idle for 60 seconds to program and calibrate itself. Job done
